Welcome to Phil's building experience.

My aircraft is a Zenith CH601 XL complete kit, and inluded the Landing Lights, Navigation Lights, Long Range Fuel Tanks and Wheel Spats.

I researched many aircraft, both composite and metal kits, and it came down to two metal designs, the Brumby or the Zenith CH601 XL. I chose the CH601 XL because of the number of flying units, and price was also influential. I will be installing a Rotax 912ULS engine, due to the reliability and simplicity of the engine.

As you follow my progress, I hope you will enjoy the journey as much as I will. Happy to communicate with anybody interested in the building process.
